September Fitness Challenge
It’s the 4th quarter of the year, you may have started out great but lost your way. Your motivation may be been tested by bottomless mimosas and rooftop happy hours this summer but now is the time to get back on track.
My fitness journey has been full of ups and downs too so you are not the only one! I promised myself that I would be under 200lbs by the end of the year but lately I have hit a plateau at 209lbs ( so close to my goal!). I want you to join me this month by adding a little extra cardio to your daily routine. If you don’t already have a routine then this is the time to start one! If you need help creating a routine check out this post!
Adding a little extra cardio can really help your heart get going and is a great way to start your day. For this month we are starting with simple moves. Mountain climber, jumping jacks and high knees. There are ways to modify these movements if needed.
