30 minute Beginner HIIT Workout
Quarantine has taken a toll over my body and I am reclaiming my time by doing a reset challenge. During the reset challenge I am doing to be hosting zoom workouts but I will also post the workouts here on my site so it is always available to you.

Beginner HIIT Workout - 30 minutes
Warm up
Jumping jacks - 30 secs
Jog in place - 30 secs
Arm rotation - 30 sec
Inch worn - 30 secs
Stretches
Toe touch
Hip circles
Tricep
Chest
Circuit 1 - repeat three times - 30 second rest between circuit
Reverse lunges - 30 sec
Front kick - 30 sec
Push up - 30 sec
Plank - 30
High knees - 30
60 second rest
Circuit 2 - repeat three times - 30 second rest between circuit
Side lunges - 30 sec
Donkey kicks - 30 sec
Bicycle crunch - 30 sec
Sumo squat - 30 sec
Floor taps - 30 sec
Finisher
Jumping jacks 60 seconds
Stretches
Toe touch
Hip circles
Tricep
Chest
